Photographing dogs with their people

"Do you take pictures of people with their dogs?"

I get this question a lot, and the answer is yes!  While I don't photograph people alone (think: weddings, engagements, newborns, family sessions without a dog, etc.), I always encourage my clients to participate in the photo session with their dog.  Believe me, one day you will be so happy to have a photograph of you and your dog together.

There are many ways you can be in the photographs, from a posed everyone-smiling-at-the-camera portrait, to a candid image of you and your dog playing or snuggling together, or perhaps an image where only your legs or arms are visible.
